Our subscription service is designed to make it easy to keep your pet's favorite CalmipetMD products on hand without needing to reorder each time.
How subscriptions work
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency selected at checkout. Your payment method will be charged automatically before each scheduled shipment.
Manage, pause, or cancel anytime
There is no minimum commitment. You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next order is processed.
- Log in to your customer account to manage eligible subscriptions.
- Use the subscription management link included in your order or subscription emails, if available.

Already charged?
If a subscription order has already processed before cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Our 30-day money-back guarantee may still apply, as described in our Refund Policy.
Failed payments
If a subscription payment fails, the system may retry the charge or ask you to update your payment method. Shipments may be delayed or skipped until payment is successfully processed.
