How returns work

- If the item is unused and in its original sealed packaging, we may ask you to return it to our return address.
- Before a return is approved, we may request photos to confirm product condition.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with:

Subscription orders
Our 30-day guarantee applies to subscription orders. If you want to cancel a subscription and request help with your most recent order, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Items not eligible for return
Some items may not be eligible for return, including gift cards, custom or personalized items, perishable goods, hazardous materials, and final-sale items where marked.
European Union customers
If you are located in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and proof of purchase is provided.
